Nothing in our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

The sale, supply and delivery of alcohol are subject to applicable liquor laws and our liquor licence conditions. Alcohol must not be purchased by or supplied to anyone under 18.

If any provision of our policies conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that legal requirement will prevail.
